About the role:
As the training and placement executive at South Extension II, New Delhi, you will be responsible for strengthening corporate partnerships and supporting student career development initiatives. The role focuses on training alignment, placement coordination, and employer engagement to enhance student employability. You will work closely with students, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful placement outcomes and long-term industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate outreach & business development: Build, manage, and grow relationships with agencies and brands to achieve placement and outreach targets. Identify and onboard new corporate partners to expand recruitment opportunities across industries.
2. Stakeholder engagement & employer relations: Liaise with HR professionals, senior leaders, and business heads to understand hiring needs and talent requirements. Develop a strong employer network to support training, internships, and final placements.
3. Student training, engagement & career support: Engage with students to understand career goals and guide them through structured career planning. Coordinate training initiatives aligned with industry expectations to improve student job readiness. Provide support in resume building, interview preparation, and application processes.
4. Placement coordination & career mentorship: Facilitate student placements by mapping profiles to relevant job and internship opportunities. Advise students on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and industry trends.
5. Database management & reporting: Maintain accurate records of employer contacts, job opportunities, and student profiles. Track placement metrics and generate insights to assess and improve placement effectiveness.
6. Additional duties: Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management, aligned with the scope of the role.
