About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Support & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities of the AMRUT Paryatan tourism platform and act as a coordination bridge between stakeholders, users, and the technical team.Key Responsibilities:
- Admin Panel Management
1. Daily management of the admin dashboard
2. Uploading, updating, and maintaining tourist places, businesses, and emergency-related data
3. Moderation and approval of submitted listings
4. Publishing safety alerts and advisories as instructed by AMRUT authorities
- Onboarding & Public Relations
1. Onboard new districts, tourism partners, guides, and businesses
2. Coordinate with district managers, tourist guides, and local stakeholders
3. Maintain positive relationships with all platform partners
- Technical Support
1. Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
2. Monitor platform health and report technical issues
3. Assist with minor configuration and content updates
- Operational & Non-Technical Support
1. Coordinate with AMRUT officials and district-level stakeholders
2. Assist in data validation and ensure content accuracy
3. Respond to user and partner feedback and route issues appropriately
- Reporting & Coordination
1. Prepare regular status and progress reports
2. Maintain documentation of updates, issues, and changes
3. Support platform reviews, audits, and demos
