We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
2. Promote and sell company products or services clearly and persuasively.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
8. Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements.
