About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. HR – Core functions:
1. Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, exits, and offboarding.
2. Manage recruitment & manpower planning in coordination with business heads.
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labor laws and company needs.
3. Handle performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
4. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
5. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
6. Drive employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and company culture.
7. Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring transparent communication.
B. HR compliance & documentation:
1. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, shops & establishment, etc.).
2. Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, offer letters, and HRMIS data.
3. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and external vendors.
C. Administration & office management:
1. Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, IT assets, and inventory.
Handle admin budgeting, approvals, and cost control.
2. Support leadership with logistics for meetings, events, and audits.
D. Leadership & team management:
1. Lead and mentor HR/Admin team members.
2. Set priorities, delegate tasks, and track deliverables.
3. Support management in organizational development and scaling processes.
