Key Responsibilities:1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand departmental requirements
3. Source and attract qualified candidates through social media, job boards, and industry events
4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the company

6. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making
7. Leverage industry knowledge to identify and evaluate candidates with relevant skills and experience
8. Stay updated on industry trends and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects company values and culture
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
12. Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
