About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Admissions & Business Development:
1. Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful student enrollments
2. Build relationships with prospective students and parents through effective counseling
3. Meet monthly admission targets and drive school revenue
4. Represent Nathaniel School at events, workshops, and community engagements
5. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students
B. Technology & Platform Management:
1. Operate our Learning Management System (LMS) for scheduling classes and tracking payments
2. Create and maintain weekly enrollment and financial reports
3. Ensure seamless coordination between students, faculty, and administration
4. Handle online payment processing and subscription management
C. Marketing & Student Success:
1. Support students in customizing their learning journey to achieve personal goals
2. Assist in organizing educational workshops and bootcamps (online & offline)
3. Update digital platforms including website, social media, and YouTube Community
4. Share student success stories and testimonials across various channels
