About the Job
1. Maintain daily stock records for kitchen, bar, and housekeeping items2. Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials as per invoices and purchase orders
3. Issue stock only against proper authorization and maintain outward registers
4. Conduct daily and weekly physical stock checks and report variances immediately
5. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO compliance
6. Monitor wastage, breakage, and abnormal consumption
7. Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and quality checks
8. Maintain basic Excel reports for stock movement and balances
9. Support monthly stock audits and cost control reviews
10. Ensure strict discipline, honesty, and compliance with company policies
