2. Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.
B. Research & Collaborate
1. Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals.
2. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.
C. Assessment & Feedback
1. Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
2. Performance report and suggest further training if needed.
D. Support & Guidance
1. Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners.
2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.
E. Professional Development
1. Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques.
2. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.
F. Essential Skills
