About the Job
The senior travel & tourism associate is responsible for managing complex travel bookings, driving revenue growth, and supporting junior team members. This role requires strong destination knowledge, excellent sales ability, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, tailor-made travel solutions and exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end leisure and bespoke travel bookings
2. Handle complex, multi-destination and high-value itineraries
3. Provide expert travel advice and personalised recommendations
4. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
5. Act as escalation point for booking issues and client concerns
6. Support and mentor junior travel consultants
7. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across all bookings
8. Maintain strong supplier relationships and product knowledge
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, destinations, and regulations
