About the Job
We’re looking for a disciplined, sharp inside sales/telecalling executive who is strong at calling, follow-ups, and converting conversations into confirmed visits or next actions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to leads and prospects daily
2. Convince prospects to agree to visits/meetings/next steps
3. Do systematic, ongoing follow-ups until closure or clear outcome
4. Update call outcomes, notes, and follow-up dates in CRM/Google Sheets
5. Maintain clean, structured data in Excel/Google Sheets
6. Share daily call & follow-up reports
7. Coordinate with internal teams on lead status
