About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with inbound and outbound leads from various channels including website, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and events.
2. Qualify leads using Organo's discovery framework
3. Understand the buyer persona deeply to tailor conversations that are contextual and value-driven.
4. Maintain timely and accurate lead information in the CRM (Salesforce), including interaction history and lead status updates.
5. Coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual walkthroughs, and experiential engagements with prospects.
6. Use WhatsApp, email, and voice calls to deliver follow-ups that are empathetic, relevant, and timely.
7. Transition qualified leads to Sales Closers, ensuring clear notes and context are passed along.
