Key responsibilities:1. Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads provided by the marketing/pre-sales team and convert them into scheduled site visits.
2. Event-Based Lead Generation: Participate in promotional events and networking activities to generate leads.
3. Closing & Negotiation: Drive the negotiation process to reach a mutually beneficial agreement and assist clients through the booking and documentation phase.
4. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new infrastructure developments in the micro-market.
