About the Job
Global Empire Events Limited (UK) is hiring sales executives/telecalling executives for an in-office inside sales role. This is a non-cold calling, outbound sales job where you will speak with warm, pre-generated leads received daily from Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The role involves telecalling, inside sales, follow-ups, and closures for international conferences, leadership summits, and award events, including the prestigious World Leaders Summit at the University of Oxford, UK. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, convincing, and phone-based sales, and want to earn high incentives while working with international-level events. Freshers with good communication skills and confidence in telecalling are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to warm, pre-generated leads (No cold calling).
2. Handle telecalling and inside sales conversations with professionals, institutions, and organizations.
3. Clearly explain international event details, benefits, and participation options.
4. Handle queries, objections, and pricing discussions confidently.
5. Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into paid registrations.
6. Update lead status, remarks, and follow-ups on the CRM system.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for closures and end-to-end follow-ups until the event.
8. Maintain daily calling discipline, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
Salary & incentives:
1. Fixed salary: ₹16,667 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
2. Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential; incentives can exceed fixed salary).
3. Fast growth & promotions based purely on performance.
4. Events are conducted every 3–4 months, enabling repeat incentive earnings.
Training & work details:
1. Training period: 2 days (process, communication & CRM training).
2. Calling starts: After training completion.
3. Salary starts from day 1 and the training period is also part of it.
Note:
1. Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
2. Job type: Full-time.
3. Work mode: In-office.
