Key responsibilities:1. Acquire new customers (merchants/individuals/businesses) for fintech
2. Promote digital payment solutions, lending, banking, or financial services
3. Conduct field visits to onboard merchants and customers
4. Explain product features, benefits, and compliance requirements clearly
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
6. Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, and basic troubleshooting
7. Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
8. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
