About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Attend incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
2. Maintain polite, professional, and attentive communication with students and parents.
3. Manage and guide students within the institute premises.
4. Maintain data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update records accurately.
5. Work on Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
6. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
7. Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
8. Escalate issues to the management team when required.
9. Provide basic tech support (system login, form updates, simple troubleshooting) when needed.
