About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Site Visit Management
· Conduct 1-on-1 or group site tours (max 4 people per tour)
· Execute pre-planned tour script covering villa features, amenities, location benefits
· Answer prospect questions on specifications, pricing, payment plans
· Highlight unique selling propositions (design, sustainability, location)
· Manage prospect experience from entry to exit
· Document prospect feedback and interest level
2. Sales Process Execution
· Use consultative selling approach (not aggressive/pushy)
· Address objections professionally (price, timeline, quality concerns)
· Explain payment plans and financing options
· Present booking process and next steps
3. Follow-up & Relationship Building
· Execute 100% follow-up within 24 hours of site visit
· Conduct multi-touch follow-ups (WhatsApp, phone calls, email)
· Share brochures, floor plans, and payment term documents
· Answer post-visit questions and concerns
· Negotiate and close bookings
