About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Sales & Student Enrollment (Primary Focus):
1. Actively engage with prospective students and parents to understand their musical goals and recommend suitable courses
2. Drive student enrollments through effective sales techniques and relationship building
3. Conduct campus tours and counseling sessions for walk-in inquiries
4. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments
5. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals
B. LMS Platform Management:
1. Manage and update our Learning Management System (LMS) for class scheduling, attendance tracking, and payment processing
2. Generate and maintain weekly reports on student progress and enrollment metrics
3. Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth class scheduling and resource allocation
4. Process student fee payments and maintain accurate financial records on the LMS
C. Student Success & Retention:
1. Advise registered students on customizing their music curriculum to align with individual goals
2. Maintain regular communication with students to ensure engagement and satisfaction
3. Address student queries regarding courses, schedules, and payments promptly
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Assist in organizing educational workshops and bootcamps (online & offline)
2. Update website portals, subscription platforms, learning groups, and social media channels
3. Showcase student achievements, testimonials, and success stories across various platforms
4. Support YouTube Community engagement and digital marketing initiatives
