We are looking for an R&D executive with 1 years of experience in the pickle/condiment industry. The candidate will play a key role in developing and scaling recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in our product line.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and test pickle recipes and standardize them for mass production
2. Ensure authentic taste consistency and quality control
3. Work on shelf-life improvement and ensure compliance with FSSAI norms
4. Collaborate with production teams for execution at scale
5. Prepare GMP, HACCP and ISO documentation and ensure audit readiness
6. Make detailed SOPs for execution of recipes at scale
7. Stabilize the recipes without chemical preservatives
8. Solve problems related to contamination during execution at scale
