As a Video Editor & AI Video Creator, you’ll work at the intersection of traditional video editing + next-gen AI tools, helping us produce high-volume, high-impact content at scale.

As a VideoEditor (with potential for full-time after probation), you will work closely with our creative and marketing team to produce engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, while also creating AI-powered videos using tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and similar platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys editing, storytelling, experimenting with AI tools, and building viral-ready content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Production
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality final videos.
Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form content (YouTube, educational videos).
Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, captions, and sound design to enhance engagement.
Ensure all videos align with HealthyWayFit’s brand tone, style, and messaging.
Organize and manage video files, assets, and project folders efficiently.
AI Video Creation
Create AI-generated videos using tools such as ElevenLabs (voiceovers), HeyGen (AI avatars), and similar platforms.
Convert scripts into AI-voice videos, talking-head avatar videos, and explainer formats.
Sync AI voiceovers with visuals, captions, B-roll, and animations.
Experiment with AI workflows to increase speed, consistency, and content volume.
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to brainstorm video concepts and formats.
Assist in adapting existing content into multiple formats (long → short, ads, reels).
Stay updated on video editing trends, AI tools, and content best practices.
Assist with video shoots when required (basic setup, framing, footage capture).

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and captions
Familiarity or strong interest in AI video tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.)
Good sense of visual aesthetics and social-media-friendly editing

Good to Have:
Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Ads
Understanding of health, fitness, or educational content
Experience with After Effects, CapCut, or AI automation workflows
Ability to work fast without compromising quality
