Key responsibilities:1. Edit video ads using scripts provided by the team.
2. Create clean, clear voice-overs (Using AI tools like ElevenLabs) and build the edit around them.
3. Actively search for B-roll from TikTok and Meta ads and combine them into engaging videos.
4. Make sure every video starts with a strong hook and maintains attention throughout.
5. Use fast cuts, smooth transitions, and good pacing to improve retention.
6. Deliver two high-quality ad videos per day, each around 3–4 minutes long.
