About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Acquire & manage B2B channel partners (career counsellors, institutions, and education partners)
2. Sell Career-Tech & EdTech programs to partners (consultative selling)
3. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → retention
4. Drive partner engagement and revenue growth
5. Work closely with marketing & product teams
6. Work with B2B partners, not students directly
7. Guide counsellors & institutes on program suitability, eligibility & admissions flow
8. Support partners in converting student admissions successfully
9. Handle onboarding, follow-ups & coordination using CRM
10. Act as a program expert for EdTech & Career-Tech offerings
