About the Job
Ownit24 is hiring a sales outreach executive to connect with business owners, pitch our website + software solutions, and book qualified 20-minute Zoom/Google Meet appointments.This role is focused purely on:
1. Outreach
2. Pitching
3. Appointment booking
No lead generation required. Leads will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
1. Outbound outreach to business owners via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
2. Pitch Ownit24 website, automation, and software solutions clearly
3. Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
4. Book and confirm Zoom/Google Meet appointments
5. Handle basic objections and initial queries
6. Maintain follow-ups to ensure show-up rate
7. Update CRM and outreach trackers
Coordinate reschedules and reminders
8. Maintain daily call and appointment targets
9. Collaborate with sales managers and founders
10. Attend training and performance review sessions
12. Continuously improve communication and closing quality
