Key Responsibilities:1. Manage community operations across WhatsApp groups, Slack channels, and social platforms effectively.
2. Analyze engagement metrics using Google Sheets/Excel to provide actionable insights for growth.
3. Ensure timely execution of tasks and project delivery with high attention to deadlines.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues with products (Databrewery & Friday).
5. Track work processes to ensure smooth ongoing operations.
6. Demonstrate good understanding of workflows across teams and platforms.
7. Handle coordination and communication between community, operations, HR, and product teams.
