About the Job
Must have:1) 0–1 years of hands-on Meta ads experience
2) Strong D2C ecommerce background is non-negotiable
3) Proven experience managing ₹10L–₹20L+ monthly budgets. Deep understanding of:
- Creative-led scaling
- Broad targeting
- Learning phase dynamics
What will you do?
- Own Meta ad accounts for D2C ecommerce brands (fashion, beauty, food, lifestyle, etc.)
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across: Prospecting (TOF), Retargeting (MOF/BOF)
- Structure accounts for creative testing at scale (angles, hooks, formats)
- Monitor and optimize for CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV
Actively test:
- Creatives (UGC, statics, reels, founder videos)
- Audiences (broad, interests, LALs)
- Bidding strategies & budgets
Diagnose performance issues:
- Rising CAC
- Creative fatigue
- Drop-offs across funnel
Work closely with creative teams to brief what to test next based on data
Ensure proper tracking:
- Pixel events
- Conversion API
- Basic attribution hygiene
Comfortable working with imperfect data and making decisions
