About the Job
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own Google Ads and YouTube for D2C ecommerce brands. This role is about intent + demand creation. Not just keywords. Not just views.1) You’ll run Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
2) You’ll work closely with creative and growth teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Google Ads accounts for D2C ecommerce brands
- Run and optimize: Search (brand + non-brand), Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube ads
- Capture high-intent traffic and scale it profitably
- Use YouTube to: Warm audiences, Support conversions, Improve overall account performance
- Optimize for: ROAS, CPA, Revenue
- Improve product feeds and Merchant Center health
- Reduce wasted spend and bad search terms
