About the Job
If you understand why some Reels explode and others die at 2,000 views, you’ll love this.We’re hiring a Social Media Manager Intern to run Instagram + YouTube end-to-end for our creator/brand ecosystem. This is not a “post and forget” role. This is a growth role. You’ll work closely with the founder and be responsible for helping us plan, script, publish, and optimize content weekly to push for virality and consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Instagram and YouTube accounts end-to-end (posting, scheduling, coordination, consistency)
2. Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms and what drives reach + retention
3. Write viral Reel and short-form video scripts (hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, CTAs)
4. Plan content topics based on trends, analytics, and virality insights
5. Analyze growth metrics (views, reach, engagement, watch time, retention, CTR)
6. Write optimized titles, captions, and descriptions to improve performance
7. Maintain overall social media appearance and brand consistency (tone, format, packaging)
8. Bring new content ideas and growth strategies regularly (no waiting to be told)
What Success Looks Like:
1. Content output is consistent every week
2. Hooks get sharper, retention improves, content starts travelling (saves/shares)
3. You can explain why something worked and build the next week’s plan accordingly
4. We grow followers + inbound leads through organic content
Who Should Apply:
1. You live on Instagram/YouTube and understand content patterns
2. You can write clean scripts that sound human and punchy
3. You enjoy tracking metrics and making decisions based on data
4. You have taste, speed, and can take ownership

1. Basic editing sense (even if you don’t edit yourself)
2. Canva/thumbnail sense
3. Experience running any page (even your own)
