About the Job
The Junior Energy Designer will be responsible for interpreting architectural drawings and producing accurate energy‑related documentation using specialised software. The successful candidate must have strong drawing interpretation skills and a willingness to learn. Full training on energy software will be provided for 2 weeks.- Attractive pay - the more energy plans you draw, the more you earn as variable pay (Rs 500 - Rs 900 per drawing based on complexity)
- Assessment post-training will be conducted to determine eligibility for the employment offer
- Selected candidates will need to formally commit to employment with us for at least 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review, interpret, and analyse architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections to extract relevant building information.
2. Produce energy drawings and documentation using energy software (training provided).
3. Translate architectural design intent into clear, structured inputs for energy assessment workflows.
4. Collaborate with architects & designers to clarify drawing details and resolve inconsistencies.
5. Maintain organised project files and documentation to support efficient project delivery.
6. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
