About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Linux Device Driver & Linux Kernel engineer to join our team. As a Linux engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining device drivers and kernel modules for our Linux-based products. You should have a strong understanding of Linux internals, kernel programming, and device driver development.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop device drivers and kernel modules for Linux-based systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct driver and kernel module debugging and testing.
4. Optimize performance and enhance functionality of existing drivers and kernel modules.
5. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure proper hardware integration.
6. Stay updated with the latest Linux kernel developments and apply them to improve our products.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to device drivers and kernel modules.
8. Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams.
9. Document driver and kernel module development processes and guidelines.
