About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple sales channels
2. Present, promote, and sell hotel rooms, packages, corporate offerings, student outings, FITs, and group products to prospective customers
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, demand patterns, and industry trends
4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of the sales process
5. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and brochures to effectively communicate product benefits
6. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and ensure timely client follow-ups
7. Research and identify potential corporate clients for MICE events and group business
8. Engage with clients to understand event requirements and propose customized hospitality solutions
9. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events
10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials for hotel and MICE services
11. Set, track, and achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals
12. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for individual properties and the overall brand
13. Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and OTA partners
14. Drive FIT, group, and event business through proactive selling and strategic collaborations
15. Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages to ensure profitability and strong brand positioning
16. Manage revenue-related responsibilities in coordination with internal teams
17. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
18. Coordinate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
19. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports
20. Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property visits to strengthen relationships
21. Handle client queries, site inspections, and follow-ups with a focus on conversion and guest satisfaction
22. Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
23. Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
24. Support digital marketing initiatives by sharing insights for campaigns, offers, and conversion-driven content
