About the Job
Manor Clinic is a Canadian mental health and wellness clinic. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented digital media & website coordinator to manage website updates, SEO, and social media content. This is not a clinical role. However, experience working with healthcare, wellness, or mental health organizations is preferred due to the need for accuracy, professionalism, and appropriate tone.Work schedule:
1. 4 hours per day
2. Preferred working window: 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST - Could be flexible
3. Timing is flexible (three-hour day)as long as the assigned targets and deliverables are completed
Key Responsibilities:
1. Update provider profiles on the website by adding new clinicians and removing outdated information
2. Post announcements, workshops, and new services on the website
3. Maintain clean, accurate, and user-friendly website content using WordPress
4. Optimize website content for Google using meta tags, keywords, internal links, and basic backlink strategies
5. Track and improve website performance using tools such as Yoast SEO and Google Search Console
6. Create and schedule four engaging posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
7. Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
8. Generate content for social media posts, captions, and basic ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
9. Respond to non-clinical comments or messages when required (no patient or clinical communication)
10. Create and update marketing materials using Canva, NanoBanana, or similar tools
11. Design social media graphics, service leaflets, business cards, and simple marketing materials
12. Use existing Manor Clinic templates (e.g. business cards) and update them when new team members join
13. Ensure all content and designs are accurate, on-brand, visually professional, and healthcare-appropriate
14. Use AI and productivity tools such as NanoBanana, Grammarly (professional version acceptable), and AI writing tools to draft and refine content responsibly
Important note: This role does not involve clinical work, patient advice, or mental health counselling
