About the Job
We're seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who will own and execute our entire go-to-market strategy. This is an 80% execution, 20% strategy role perfect for someone who loves getting their hands dirty with marketing tools and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
1. • Design and execute SEO strategy to drive organic traffic
2. • Create and publish high-quality blog content weekly
3. • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows
4. • Manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) within budget
5. • Set up and maintain our tech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
6. • Execute LinkedIn thought leadership strategy and social media presence
7. • Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates
8. • Track and report on all marketing metrics
Must-Have Skills:
1. • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or growth roles
2. • Strong SEO and content marketing expertise
3. • Proficiency with marketing automation tools
4. • Experience with LinkedIn and social media marketing
5. • Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
6. • Excellent written English for content creation
7. • Self-starter who can work independently
Bonus Points:
1. • B2B SaaS marketing experience
2. • Experience with early-stage startups
3. • Technical background or comfort with APIs
