About the Job
We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketing associate who will own and optimize our paid marketing efforts end-to-end. This role is hands-on and data-heavy, ideal for someone who enjoys working with ad platforms, analytics tools, and conversion funnels to drive measurable growth. You’ll be responsible not just for running ads, but for tracking what works, fixing what doesn’t, and continuously improving conversions across the funnel.Key Responsibilities:
A. Conversion tracking & analytics:
1. Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.
2. Ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases, events, and user journeys
3. Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and funnel metrics
B. Paid advertising:
1. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
2. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversion efficiency
3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
C. Funnel optimization:
1. Analyze user behavior across the funnel (ads → landing pages → conversions)
2. Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
3. Work closely with design, content, and development teams to improve landing pages and CTAs
D. Reporting & insights:
1. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
2. Translate data into clear recommendations for scaling or optimization
3. Monitor trends, benchmarks, and competitor activity
