Sales Executive (Work from Home)₹15,000/month + ₹1,000 per enrollment | Full-time | Remote
Your Daily Work:
Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing and referrals
Conduct discovery calls and program walkthroughs
Handle objections and close enrollment conversations
Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and calls
Track all leads and conversions in CRM
Meet monthly enrollment targets (batch capacity: 20 students)
Report lead quality and market insights to CEO
Coordinate with Enrollment Managers to optimize conversion
Requirements:
✅ 1-2 years sales experience (edtech, coaching, or B2C premium products preferred)
✅ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
✅ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
✅ Consultative, relationship-based selling approach
✅ Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work requires autonomy)
✅ Proficient with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
✅ Work from home setup: Reliable internet, laptop/computer, smartphone
Good to Have:
Background in trading, finance, or investment education
Experience selling high-ticket programs (₹20,000+)
Understanding of selective, evaluation-based education models
Comfortable on camera for video calls
Red Flags:
High-pressure, aggressive sales tactics
Poor follow-up discipline
Unable to handle rejection gracefully
