About the Job
We build AI-powered systems for clients who need outreach automation - primarily around research, data enrichment, and outbound workflows. You'll take a client requirement and implement the complete technical solution.Your work involves designing n8n workflows that handle data from multiple sources, building Airtable bases that structure and process information, integrating AI tools for research and personalization, and setting up systems that run reliably without constant maintenance.
Most projects involve building end-to-end workflows: pulling data from various sources, enriching it through APIs and AI, processing it intelligently, and delivering outputs to the client's tools. Think multi-step automation systems where each piece needs to work together properly.
You'll also handle implementation for clients - onboarding them, setting up their systems, and being available when things need troubleshooting. Some video calls are part of it, but the main work is building and maintaining the technical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build complex n8n workflows that integrate multiple data sources, APIs, and AI tools
2. Design and manage Airtable bases for data structuring, processing, and automation
3. Implement client systems from requirements to deployment
4. Set up and manage email automation infrastructure (domains, deliverability, sequences)
5. Build AI-powered research and enrichment workflows
6. Handle client onboarding and technical setup
This role requires someone who has actually built AI systems, not just connected two apps. You should understand how to design workflows that handle errors properly, process data intelligently, and run without breaking.
You'll need to figure things out independently. Most problems you'll encounter won't have step-by-step tutorials. You research, test, iterate until it works.
