Key responsibilities:1. Plan, execute, and monitor company-wide projects from initiation to closure
2. Coordinate with all departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Tech, Sales) to ensure alignment with business goals
3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using advanced Excel
4. Prepare management reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance dashboards
5. Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards across projects
