About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Source and select vendors for medical and healthcare products through market research, supplier assessment, and negotiation.
2. Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply.
3. Develop and maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues.
4. Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
5. Coordinate with e-commerce, trading, manufacturing, and logistics teams for order fulfilment and inventory optimization.
6. Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and payment schedules.
7. Conduct cost analysis, market studies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
8. Prepare procurement reports and recommendations for management.
