About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our legal practice. This is a high-responsibility role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between the founder’s office and the administrative/support staff. You will be responsible for the 'total ownership' of the office environment, ensuring that the founder can focus on legal strategy while you handle the complexities of daily operations and client coordination.Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive liaison: Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for the Founder. You will translate the founder’s directives into actionable tasks for the administrative team.
2. Operational management: Oversee the daily 'pulse' of the office- from supervising support staff and vendors to ensuring the workplace remains professional, stocked, and orderly.
3. Client & professional communication: Manage high-stakes communication. This includes answering inquiries from premium clients, drafting formal English correspondence, providing regular updates, and coordinating with other legal counsel.
4. Workflow coordination: Organize the firm’s calendar, ensuring court dates, updation on proceedings, filings, and client meetings are synchronized and that the Founder is briefed on the daily schedule.
5. Administrative oversight: Ensure that case files are maintained with precision and that all internal administrative deadlines are met by the team.
