Job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive application executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in student admissions or application processing who can manage documentation and communication with accuracy and efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely submission of student applications, maintaining records, and coordinating with both students and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fill out university application forms accurately as per uni requirement
2. Review and verify academic transcripts, certificates, and supporting documents before submission.
3. Prepare and draft CVs, statements of purpose (SOPs), essays, and motivation letters in coordination with students.
4. Ensure timely submission of applications to meet university deadlines.
5. Communicate with universities for application status updates, queries, and clarifications.
6. Maintain proper records of student applications in the system/Google sheets.
7. Guide students in creating and editing cover letters, resumes, and other required documents as per university standards.
8. Provide regular updates to students and counselors regarding application progress.
9. Coordinate with internal teams (counseling, visa, documentation) for smooth end-to-end processing.
10. Stay updated with changing university requirements, admission deadlines, and application procedures.
