About the Job
Key responsibilities:Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Identify and leverage global content trends, formats, hooks, and audio
Plan content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand goals
Create scroll-stopping short-form video concepts (UGC, reels, memes, trend-based content)
Influencer Marketing
Identify, onboard, and manage international influencers & creators
Lead UGC-driven and purchase-led influencer campaigns
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and ads rights
Maintain long-term creator partnerships and in-house creator programs
Content Creation & Editing (Hands-On)
Personally create and/or edit content
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and CTAs
Ability to guide creators with clear briefs, references, and creative direction
Track content and influencer performance (reach, engagement, saves, conversions)
Optimize content based on insights and trends
Collaborate with paid ads teams for whitelisting and boosting influencer content
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in international social media & influencer marketing
Strong creative mindset with trend awareness
Hands-on video editing & content creation skills
Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
Experience working with UGC creators, fashion/beauty/lifestyle brands preferred
Excellent communication and creator-management skills
