As a junior social media marketing executive at Hayat Fragrance, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Social Media Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Content Editing, and English Proficiency. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Key responsibilities:
1. Shoot high-quality Instagram reels daily in our studio for our perfume brand
2. Come up with creative reel ideas based on trends, hooks, and storytelling
3. Be comfortable appearing on camera or directing models
4. Edit short-form videos using CapCut/Premiere Pro/VN or similar tools
5. Work on improving followers, views, saves, and engagement
6. Track reel performance and understand what content works best
7. Maintain the brand’s visual aesthetic
8. Experiment with new formats, transitions, and viral concepts
