Key responsibilities:1. Assist with recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding of new employees
2. Uphold labor laws, company policies, and best practices within the HR department
3. Manage and direct the HR team, ensuring their tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
4. Coordinate training programs and opportunities for employee growth and development
5. Maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, managing payroll/benefits data, scheduling training, and serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth daily HR operations, compliance, and efficient support for both staff and management.
