About the Job
The Jr. operations manager will support the smooth execution of daily operations at VS Studio, ensuring proper coordination between teams, timely task execution, and efficient use of resources across projects and shoots.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating daily operations and project schedules
2. Ensure smooth communication between Team Leaders, team members, vendors, and management
3. Track task allocation, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
4. Support shoot logistics including schedules, manpower coordination, and resource planning
5. Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce availability in coordination with HR
6. Help resolve operational issues and last-minute challenges on shoots or projects
7. Maintain basic MIS reports, trackers, and operational documentation
8. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and workflows
