Point Architects is seeking a passionate individual with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Indesign & Ms Office. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the industry.Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with junior draftsman architects to develop innovative architectural drawings for hotel projects.
2. Create detailed floor plans & working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
3. Utilize Ms Office to streamline project management processes and enhance team collaboration.
5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
6. Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the design team.
1. You will work closely with the Architecture in concept development, design development, & documentation of projects.
2. Candidate needs to be extremely proficient in project research and knowledge of execution and detailing.
3. Preferred candidates must have previous experience in high-end hospitality & F&B projects.
4. Bachelor's graduates in architecture or junior draftsman.
5. You should be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office is a must.
6. Minimum 1 yr of post-graduate experience in autocad drafting designer.
7. Outstanding communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment.
8. You must be located in Mumbai.
9. Strong writing skills (narratives, design proposals, minutes of meeting, etc.).
