About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences and lifestyle needs.
2. Create design concepts and mood boards using SketchUp/V-Ray/Enscape and/or other design software.
3. Develop detailed interior design plans including space layouts, furniture selection, lighting and materials.
4. Present design walkthroughs to clients and incorporate feedback to refine designs and get sign-offs.
5. Share MoM to capture discussion points, action items and share the same soon after the meeting. Also collect client feedbacks at specified milestones.
6. Specify and source materials, furnishings, fixtures and accessories within budget and timeline constraints.
7. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
8. Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is implemented.
9. Stay current on emerging trends, technologies and best practices in interior design.
