Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles- from sourcing to screening profiles.
2. Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
3. Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals - LinkedIn, references, and social media).
4. Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
5. Maintain and update the recruitment database and dashboards.
6. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
7. Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
