As the HR executive specializing in Compensation management and Statutory compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent while adhering to all legal requirements.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
2. Manage the entire compensation process, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
