As a key member of our team at Marketing Mantra, the HR Executive plays a crucial role in driving the success of our organization. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is proficient in spoken and written English, as well as has strong knowledge of MS-Office.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
5. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and ensure timely payroll processing.
6. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
7. Compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
