About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Provide secretarial support to senior management by managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), circulate action points, and follow up on pending tasks.
3. Draft, format, and manage official correspondence including emails, letters, notices, and presentations on behalf of management.
4. Handle emails and visitors; screen and route queries professionally.
5. Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
6. Manage office supplies, HR forms, and administrative inventories; coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
7. Support compliance-related documentation and assist in maintaining statutory and corporate records as instructed.
