About the Job
We are looking for an HR executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and leadership teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee records
2. Coordinate recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
3. Manage onboarding and exit formalities
4. Act as a point of contact between employees, team leaders, and management
5. Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation
6. Support performance reviews, appraisals, and PIP processes
7. Address basic employee queries and grievances
8. Assist with payroll coordination and HR compliance
9. Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
