Key responsibilities:1. Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
2. Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
3. Process sales, returns, and exchanges following company policies
4. Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
6. Ensure the cash register is balanced at the start and end of each shift
7. Assist in bagging products and ensuring smooth customer check-out
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
9. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth store operations
10. Follow security procedures to protect company assets.
